My approach integrates Carl Jung’s philosophy of individuation, the process of becoming your true, authentic self by integrating the conscious and unconscious aspects of your psyche, with the wisdom of Eastern philosophy, which emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and interconnectedness. This is further grounded in neuroscience, which reveals how our brains adapt, rewire, and create new pathways for growth and transformation.

Central to my work is the concept of wilderness, which I define as an exploration of the untamed and unknown—both within ourselves and in the world around us. Wilderness is a journey into fear, adventure, and discovery, where the unfamiliar becomes a space for courage and transformation. Whether through metaphorical explorations of your inner wilderness or actual ventures into nature, we tap into the primal forces that inspire growth, clarity, and resilience.

Together, we explore how to align your inner and outer worlds, navigating fear and embracing the unknown to live a life true to your deepest values. This journey is rooted in exploration, reflection, and bold action, guiding you toward self-awareness, harmony, and purpose.

The Approach

I’m Adam, and my life has been shaped by a world of experiences, literally. I’ve lived and worked in diverse places, from Africa to Guatemala and India, and I’ve had the chance to immerse myself in a variety of roles—from corporate management to farming, teaching, construction, and disaster response. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on resilience, adaptability, and the ways we connect across cultures and environments

I hold a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Wilderness Educator Certification, earned during a month-long journey into the wilderness of the Yukon. Spent navigating off grid in the mountains and rivers of one of the most vast untamed expanses on the planet. This intensive experience taught me how to guide people into the unknown—whether it’s navigating challenges in nature or within themselves. My Wilderness First Responder Certification equips me to handle any medical scenario (should we need it), providing a sense of confidence and safety when venturing into unpredictable environments.

In addition to my wilderness training, I completed the Creative Mind University program, a year-long exploration of creativity, psychology, and transformation, and earned my initial coaching certification from Mindvalley, further deepening my understanding of personal growth and innovative approaches to coaching.
