My approach integrates Carl Jung’s philosophy of individuation—the process of becoming your true, authentic self by integrating the conscious and unconscious aspects of your psyche—with the wisdom of Eastern philosophy, which emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and interconnectedness. This is further grounded in neuroscience and embodiment, revealing how our brains and bodies adapt, rewire, and create new pathways for growth and transformation.

At the core of this work is wilderness—both the inner wilderness of the psyche and the outer wilderness of the natural world. Wilderness is not just nature; it is the unknown, the untamed, and the place where real transformation happens. Stepping into this space—whether through deep inner work, hands-on experiences, or time in nature—cultivates resilience, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Together, we explore how to align your inner and outer worlds by working with resistance, navigating fear, and stepping into the unknown. This journey is not just about insight—it’s about embodiment, action, and fully engaging with life.

The Approach

Transformation is in my blood.

I don’t know why this is true, but it has shaped my entire adult life—shifting from one identity to the next, challenging what was into what is. Changing who you are isn’t easy. It pushes you in ways you’d never expect. And I love it.

My first real transformation came just after high school. I threw myself into a three-month immersion in Ghana, living in a home where I became a teacher. It was the hardest transition of my life. I often describe it as having my world flipped upside down, shaken up, and spun around. Whatever landed after that—that was me.

You’d think the hardest part was going to another country. It wasn’t. The real transition happened when I came home. I returned just in time for Christmas, surrounded by family, watching my little cousins tear into piles of perfectly wrapped presents. All the while, an image stayed in my mind—children in Ghana laughing, playing with nothing but a can and a string. The contrast ripped at me. It still does.

What is this place we call home? What do we take for granted? What is true happiness?

I knew the path that was planned for me—college, salary, office—was never going to be enough. There had to be more.

The Coach

You’ve reached a point where surface-level solutions no longer cut it. You’re ready to dive deeper—to explore the roots of what’s holding you back and uncover the truth of who you are. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to feel deeply, to embrace the unknown, and to open yourself to the transformative journey ahead

I firmly believe that every individual holds the power and wisdom within to solve their own challenges. My role as a coach is not to hand you answers, but to help you uncover the light and divine understanding already within you. Together, we’ll create meaning where there may have only been confusion, and clarity where there was once doubt.

Even when you feel alone in the struggle, you are not. Through our work, you’ll discover that connection—to yourself, to others, and to the greater whole—is always within reach. This is a space for exploring the depths of your mind, emotions, and soul, uncovering strength and purpose you might not yet realize you possess.

The journey can be tender, raw, and challenging, but it is also empowering and transformative. You are not alone in this—together, we’ll navigate the path to uncover your unique truth and bring it to light.
