You climbed the mountain, but the view is meaningless.
When life feels empty, its not because there’s nothing there, its because you’ve lost yourself.
What keeps you stuck isn’t a lack of effort. It’s the constant battle with the world around you
Do you find yourself experiencing any of these?
Distractions
Constant busyness, screens, and noise leave no space to hear your own truth.
Isolation
Success can feel lonely. Without real connection, even your wins ring hollow.
Numbness
Chasing comfort, routines, or surface pleasures dulls the deeper call for meaning.
Welcome to a path through the noise.

I grew up in a small New Jersey town always questioning why we lived the way we did. That search for meaning carried me far: I raised money to teach in Ghana, spent six months studying in India, and served my country through national service. Later, I earned my outdoor leadership certification in the Yukon with NOLS, lived a year in Alaska, and immersed myself in Guatemala, where I learned Spanish and a new rhythm of life.
Eventually I returned to the U.S. and entered the corporate world. I succeeded there, but no matter how far I climbed, something was missing. Those early experiences abroad and in the wilderness became my compass — a reminder that there’s always another way to live, and always more to uncover.

The corporate climb gave me everything I thought I wanted — dream job, dream team, dream company — yet every morning I still woke up drained and unmotivated. Something was missing. Therapy helped me see my story, but I often felt like I was just recycling it. Coaching was different. Working with a coach didn’t just help me process my story, it helped me rewrite it. That shift lit a spark in me.
I knew I wanted to bring this kind of transformation to others — but not in the shallow way I saw so many people treating coaching, as a quick way to capitalize on their own success. For me, it had to be something deeper, something that could change people at their core. That search led me to Carl Jung, and his work became the foundation of how I coach today.

Jung’s work felt like a confirmation of my own experience. Like me, he saw patterns everywhere — across cultures, religions, and mythologies. He recognized that humans are all playing parts, and because these same archetypes appear in places with no contact, there must be a deeper connection that transcends the physical world.
At the heart of his philosophy is individuation: the process of breaking free from society’s pressures by facing your ego, your persona, your unconscious, and your shadow. It’s not a quick fix — but it works. I know this because I’ve lived it.
In my coaching, I bring Jung’s depth psychology together with the grounding force of wilderness and the perspective of non-dualism. This combination helps you step out of your old story and into a new one — one that is truer, freer, and fully your own.
